When disaster strikes, hope shows up. ❤️

As the Aspen Acres Fire continues to impact our neighbors, Kim with The Salvation Army Pueblo team has been on the ground providing meals, emotional support, spiritual care, and a compassionate presence for those facing unimaginable loss.

Through moments of prayer, meaningful conversations, and acts of compassion, our teams are walking alongside individuals during one of their most difficult moments.

Your support helps us continue showing up for communities impacted by wildfires across Colorado.

When the flames move on, the uncertainty remains.

Individuals impacted by the Aspen Acres Fire are facing devastating loss and a long road to recovery.

After evacuating, many of our neighbors are left wondering when they can return home, what they’ll find when they get there, and how they’ll begin to rebuild.

The Salvation Army is on the ground providing emergency assistance, including food, hydration, hygiene kits, cleanup supplies, gift cards, temporary lodging support, and compassionate care for those impacted.

Recovery doesn’t end when the smoke clears. Our teams will continue walking alongside these communities through the days, weeks, and months ahead.

Your support helps provide immediate relief today and hope for the journey ahead.

Thanks to a generous donor, your gift will be matched dollar for dollar. Give today and your donation will go twice as far for people impacted by the Aspen Acres Fire.

As we celebrate Independence Day, we reflect on the freedom we cherish—and the deeper freedom found in faith.

Today, we celebrate 161 years of The Salvation Army's mission of sharing hope, serving communities, and meeting human needs without discrimination.

Since its founding in 1865 by William and Catherine Booth, The Salvation Army has remained committed to serving others with compassion, faith, and practical support. Across the Intermountain Division and around the world, we are honored to carry that mission forward each day.

Thank you to our officers, employees, volunteers, donors, and community partners who help make this work possible.

Here's to 161 years of Doing the Most Good. ❤️

Summer camp season is one of our favorite times of year. ☀️🏕️

There is something special about watching young people step outside their comfort zones, make new friends, discover new talents, and create memories that last long after summer ends.

Whether it's trying something for the first time, sharing laughs around a campfire, or building confidence through new experiences, camp has a way of making a lasting impact.

What's your favorite summer camp memory? Share it in the comments below! ⬇️

Sometimes the greatest gifts aren't measured in dollars, but in compassion, encouragement, and time spent caring for others. This Sunday, may we look for opportunities to refresh the hearts of those around us. When we share God's love through acts of kindness, we often discover that our own hearts are renewed as well.

"A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed." — Proverbs 11:25 ❤️

Celebrate with us! National Donut Day started with The Salvation Army. During World War I, the "Donut Lassies" served donuts and encouragement to American soldiers. Today, we honor that legacy by supporting veterans in our community. Enjoy a donut, celebrate a tradition of service, and help provide hope and assistance to those who have served.
