‼️EVERYONE PLEASE READ AND INITIAL‼️

Please comment your initials once you are done reading. Your initials are also an agreement to all the following terms listed below.

⭐️Friday August 22nd, 2025

📍 16308 SR-67 Butler, TN 37640. This address will say the Butler Trading Post but the pageant will be held at the park directly across the trading post underneath the park’s picnic area.

🩷Contestants will model at PINK sundress / Sunday’s Best Dress. This will be the only outfit!

⭐️Registration will be from 6:00pm-6:45pm
Contestants will get their number and write down their name, age, where you’re from, and 1 fun fact. Paperwork will be provided at registration but please come prepared to write your info on your card. This card will be read aloud when the contestant is modeling.

⭐️Contestants line up in order at 6:50pm and pageant will begin SHARPLY at 7:00pm.
⭐️We DO have the right to skip over the contestant is she’s late and DO have the right to disqualify her. We are in a strict time schedule and ask that everyone to be respectful of this!

⭐️Poor sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated and we have the right to ask you to leave if this occurs. This is a positive, fun experience so let’s make the most of it!!!

⭐️Judges decisions are final. Please do not approach judges or staff about the results as they will not discuss.

⭐️The walking pattern is posted on this page so please practice this beforehand. Parents who take babies on stage, you will follow this pattern.

⭐️Contestants will do a group line up with their age divison and appear before the panel of judges then exit for their individual walk.

⭐️Large group photo of everyone will be taken before the pageant begins and we ask that QUEENS of ALL divisons stay for an additional group photo. This will be used possibly social media advertising, flyers, etc.

⭐️HAVE FUN AND ENJOY THE FESTIVAL!!!👑Winners may walk around with their crown and sash at the festival on Friday and Saturday at Old Butler Days!

⭐️Contestant Line Up⭐️

Please find your name and make note of which division you are in. We will be doing a group line up for collective judging. Contestants will exit the stage and individually model.

The number listed beside your name will be your number on pageant day. We will line up in numerical order and stay in this order throughout the pageant.

At registration, contestants will receive a number that will be pinned anywhere on the contestant or the parent. This should placed where judges can clearly see those.

Contestants will also complete paperwork registration. This will include your name, age, where you’re from, and a fun fact about you! Please be prepared for this so we can move right along!

We will now start a waiting list in case if someone is unable to attend. Please comment the contestant’s name and age below this post to be on our wait list. Please do NOT send your entry fee is you are on the waiting list. We cant guarantee a spot will open up. You will get a message from us.
