Our Dreamer Maryann has been a lifelong gardener and loves flowers. She requested a day-out with her daughter in a dream application, we knew Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens would be the perfect day for them. Today, Kenneth is celebrating his 101st birthday and happy belated birthday to Eleanor, who celebrated 99 on the 15th. We hope you are again enjoying your birthdays together at Quality Life Services-Sugar Creek.

Our Dreamer Ken celebrated his 100th birthday with his younger sister, Eleanor, she celebrated 98 years. They had a traditional birthday party with family and the residents and staff of QLS-Sugar Creek. Happy Birthday Ken & Eleanor!

Our dreamer Paula always shared her heart by sharing her cooking with family and friends. She missed gathering in the kitchen to make a huge pot of sauce and homemade meatballs, so she requested to cook for her new family at QLS-Mercer. Her brother and sister-in-law joined her in the kitchen as her sous chefs, residents and staff joined in too. Paula's dream ended with full hearts and stomachs!

The residents of QLS-Henry Clay loved their visit from Living Treasures Animal Park of the Laurel Highlands. The adorable baby Wallaby was a big hit with the residents and learning about all of the animals made for a very entertaining afternoon.

Let's kick-off the holiday weekend with a dance party! Beverly of QLS-New Castle is a big fan of Michael Jackson, she loves listening and dancing to his music. We know seeing him in concert is sadly a dream we can't make come true, but a MJ dance party was absolutely within reach. Beverly had a blast styling for her party and showing off her moves in front of the big screen!

Phil lives at QLS-Sarver, he likes it there but expressed over and over how he missed his pool league days and shooting pool. DSD was able to work with the QLS team and buy Phil his dream pool table to share with his friends at the home. Rack 'Em Up Phil!

Our Dreamer Alice wanted the chance to spread her wings and enjoy a day out. She loves animals, so a trip to Keystone Safari was the perfect dream come true for Alice. She absolutely loved engaging with the giraffes and feeding the baby was a special part of her day. Alice did a bit of souvenir shopping too, little reminders of her day with the animals. Our Dreamer Catherine is a patient of Three Rivers Hospice. She has always loved spending time with her family and her family members have so many fond memories of shared meals with her at her home. Catherine is unable to get out of bed and to plan the family dinners that always brought her joy, so DSD brought the party to her. They shared stories, celebrated Catherine and enjoyed a meal together from Zen Restaurant and Sushi Bar. Catherine may not be able to do a happy dance but she gave everyone a big happy birthday wiggle and smile when they sang to her.
