Hello Freedom Woods Residents,

As a reminder, the annual garage sale is happening Saturday 5/30. In effort to make this a success, we are asking for some resident contribution. If you plan to participate, please email [email protected], and include your address information as well as items you plan on selling. You may be as vague or specific as you prefer. We plan to publish a list so garage sale shoppers can get an idea of which houses they'd like to stop at.

Ex. "123 Monmouth Dr., Books, CDs, Furniture, and Clothing" or "123 Monmouth. Kitchen utensils, small appliances, Women's sizes M-L clothing, Men's Size 10 shoes"

Happy Friday Freedom Woods Residents!

Here is an update on the playground:

-Our landscaper is waiting for the ground to dry enough to be leveled, to prevent it being muddy and messy.

-The spinning rides will be evaluated to see if they'll be able to go back into the ground. Upon initial inspection, we believed they were damaged during removal.

-After the ground is leveled, mulch will be put down by the playground and swings

-New swings will be installed as soon as we are able to find someone to install, and the structures will be painted.

-Path to playground between 419-421 Monmouth will be fixed, so it is easier to navigate.

Duties of Board members:
Attend monthly meetings
Vote on Board & community initiatives
Represent the community and interface with the management company

Requirements:
Must be current homeowner
Must be paid in full on dues, and no fines on account

Good Afternoon FW Residents,

On the heels of the vandalism at the pavilion, we'd like to remind everyone to show respect for all common areas. This includes picking up your trash, take belongings with you etc. When organizers arrived to set up the Egg Hunt today, there was broken glass, beer cans/bottles, clothing left behind, food wrappers, etc.

There is both a trash and recycling can available for use while at the pavilion, which gets collected on our weekly trash day.
