I am sad to report that
"Bootsey" our beloved cat ran out in front of a truck this afternoon & did no survive. He was known a Hoodeeny at some events for his ability to escape his harness & leash. He showed up about 6 years ago...& said if we behaved ...we could stay. The house is empty tonight..He will be missed.

Plans are under way for the 2023 Living History Fair Jan 27 & 28 in Watertown SD.
This year the event will be held in the Codington Co. Extension Expo Center.

The Brookings Renegades in conjunction with the Codington Co Historical Society will be haveig the 2022Living History Fair in Watertown (Lake Area Tech Building) Jan 29th

The Brookings Renegades will be running the Muzzle loading Shooting Matches at Ft Sisseton June 4-6 2021
There is also a Traders Camp selling historic items & demonstrating Historic crafts. There is also a military camp, & a craft area.
