The Burwell Area Lions Club will again be selling fireworks as their major fundraiser in the Shurfine Grocery parking lot. 100% of proceeds support Burwell activities, like:

Screen all Burwell Students for Vision and Hearing
Senior Scholarships
Individual Financial Assistance
Primary financial supporter of Dolly Pardon Imagination Library
Elementary AR Movie Sponsor
Post Prom

Its that time of the year again, the Burwell Area Lions will be sell the fabulous Colorado Palisade Peaches. These are the large #1 (nearly apple size) peaches that juicy and sweet. We are selling 10 # boxes for 29.50 or 2 boxes = 1 Lug for $56. Delivery will be late July or early Aug.

The Burwell Lions Club is stepping up to support our local heroes—and we need YOU!

Join us on April 11th for a free-will donation Burger Bash to help the Burwell Fire Department as they battle wildfires across Nebraska.

🚒 Your support helps provide:
✔️ Water & snacks for firefighters
✔️ Bunker gear for those in need
✔️ Equipment repairs & upgrades
✔️ Support for the dive team

These firefighters are giving everything to protect our communities—let’s give back to them.
