Long Life Brotherhood Here to preserve the history of Long Life Brotherhood Club & its United Brothers of Friendship roots.

Long Life Brotherhood Club was formed in 1940 but has roots to the late 1800s as the United Brothers of Friendship. The club has been an integral part of the African American community in Burton, Texas for all these years. After years of providing social services to the community, this nonprofit organization is now working to preserve this important history and its lodge structure for the future generations.

Thanks to everyone who donated, volunteered and attended the Easter Egg Hunt 2026 this past Saturday at the Texas Cotton Gin Museum and braved the rainy weather. It was a wonderful afternoon of family fun for our community and we look forward to seeing you all again soon!
