You Don’t Have to Navigate It Alone.

Parenting and caregiving can bring questions, challenges, unexpected moments—and meaningful successes. Sometimes, it helps to have a community of people who simply get it.

ATTACh offers an online support community for parents and caregivers twice each month, providing a welcoming space to connect, share, listen, and learn.

Evening Session
2nd Monday of each month
7:30–8:30 PM Central

Daytime Session
4th Wednesday of each month
11:00 AM–12:00 PM Central

Each gathering may include open sharing and support, where participants can bring a question, challenge, success, or topic they would like to discuss. Some sessions also feature a specific topic based on requests and interests from the community.

Come with a question. Come with a story. Come simply to listen. There’s no pressure to have all the answers.

Membership is required to participate. ATTACh members are welcome to join one or both sessions each month.

Move beyond understanding why clients respond the way they do—and build the skills to know how and when to respond.

ATTACh Level 2 OT Therapy Assessment for Attachment and Trauma: Mapping the Terrain is a self-paced, on-demand course designed for occupational therapists and OTAs supporting individuals with complex developmental and trauma histories.

Through six sessions, you’ll learn how to:

🔹 Recognize nervous system states and attachment strategies during assessment
🔹 Interpret OT assessment tools without pathologizing survival responses
🔹 Develop trauma-informed case formulations and treatment plans
🔹 Explore the impact of empathy, shame, and resilience
🔹 Sequence interventions from regulation through executive functioning
🔹 Integrate trauma and attachment frameworks while maintaining a strong OT identity
