Friends Of Burnsville Lake -FOBL The Friends Of Burnsville Lake -FOBL has been in a partnership with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers since 2005.

This partnership has established a strong bond between the Corps, Camping Community and the communities that surround Burnsville Lake.
