"Adolescent health is one of the most powerful investments in human development."

At The North American Society for Psychosocial Obstetrics & Gynecology (NASPOG), we recognize that the foundation for lifelong physical and mental well-being is established during adolescence.

Globally, one in seven individuals aged 10-19 experiences a mental disorder, accounting for a significant portion of the global disease burden in this age group. Investing in adolescent health is not just about treating immediate concerns; it is about strengthening human capital, fostering positive behavioral patterns, and building resilient futures.

How is your practice integrating psychosocial support into adolescent care? Share your approaches in the comments below.
