¡Felicidades a nuestros graduados, tambien miembros de Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church! 🎓🙏 Estamos orgullosos de cada uno de ustedes y les deseamos lo mejor en esta nueva etapa.
Un agradecimiento especial a los Knights of Columbus y a las Ladies Altar Society por otorgar becas y organizar la cena de esta noche en honor a nuestros graduados. 👏
Que Dios siga guiando su camino y fortaleciendo su fe en todo lo que venga. ¡Muchas bendiciones y éxito para todos! 💚

Congratulations to all of our graduating seniors! 🎓🙏 We are so proud of each of you and wish you the very best in this new chapter.

Today may have been our last day of CCD, but our journey in faith continues all summer long! ☀️🙏
Thank you to all of our students, parents, volunteers, and OMOS community for a wonderful year. Our youth group invites everyone to continue joining us at church as we grow stronger in our relationship with God. ✝️

Youth, keep your faith strong and keep God close wherever summer takes you! Wishing everyone a blessed and happy vacation season.

¡Hoy fue nuestro último día de CCD, pero nuestro camino en la fe continúa durante todo el verano! ☀️🙏

Gracias a todos nuestros estudiantes, padres, voluntarios y a toda la comunidad de OMOS por un año maravilloso. Nuestro grupo juvenil invita a todos a seguir acompañándonos en la iglesia mientras continuamos fortaleciendo nuestra relación con Dios. ✝️

La Cuaresma comienza con el Miércoles de Ceniza, ¡y lo celebramos junto el grupo juvenil! ✝️
Al recibir las cenizas, recordamos el llamado “arrepiéntanse y crean en el Evangelio” y a comenzar de nuevo con Dios. La Cuaresma es nuestra oportunidad para orar más, crecer en la fe y preparar el corazón para la Pascua.

Lent begins with Ash Wednesday, and we’re celebrating with the youth group! ✝️
As we receive ashes, we’re reminded to “repent and believe in the Gospel” and start fresh with God. Lent is our chance to pray more, grow stronger in faith, and prepare our hearts for Easter.

✨ Quiero tomar un momento para honrar a estas dos almas increíbles por encender una pasión en nuestro grupo juvenil para asistir a DCYC. A través de su fe y dedicación, permitieron que Dios obrara poderosamente por medio de ellos. Incluso en los momentos más difíciles, nunca dejaron de creer, nunca dejaron de seguir adelante y nunca dejaron de guiar a nuestros jóvenes con amor y propósito.
Abraham y Claudia son verdaderamente los padrinos de nuestro grupo juvenil. Lo que comenzó como un pequeño paso de fe se ha convertido en algo hermoso. En 2023 llevamos a 12 jóvenes; en 2024 ese número creció a 13; en 2025 se inscribieron 15 jóvenes, y en 2026 fuimos bendecidos con 22 jóvenes. Ese crecimiento, por sí solo, es un poderoso testimonio de la obra de Dios entre nosotros.
Padres, gracias por confiar en nosotros y por permitir que sus hijos asistan a DCYC. Por favor, sigan animando a sus jóvenes a crecer en su fe y a profundizar su relación con Dios. Juntos, estamos siendo testigos de algo verdaderamente especial. 🙏✨

✨ I want to take a moment to honor these two incredible souls for igniting a passion in our youth group to attend DCYC. Through their faith and dedication, they allowed God to work powerfully through them. Even in the hardest moments, they never stopped believing, never stopped pushing forward, and never stopped guiding our youth with love and purpose.
Claudia and Abraham are truly the godparents of our youth group. What began as a small step of faith has grown into something beautiful. In 2023, we brought 12 students. In 2024, that number grew to 13. In 2025, 15 students signed up—and in 2026, we were blessed with 22 students. That growth alone is a powerful testament to God’s work among us.
Parents, thank you for trusting us with your children and for allowing them to attend DCYC. Please continue to encourage your youth to grow in their faith and deepen their relationship with God. Together, we are witnessing something truly special. 🙏✨
