Introducing Kristen Hakey, Human Resources Manager! Kristen enjoys working for a non-profit where people come first. She was a teacher and administrator in the education field for 30 years before coming to Converse Home. Kristen defines community as "a place where all are accepted, feel a sense of belonging, trust and support." Kristen's favorite part about being part of this community is getting to chat with the residents about their lives. Outside of work, Kristen loves walking in nature with my dog and husband, reading, cooking, watercolor painting, spending time with family and friends. Thank you, Kristen, for all you do for our staff and community!
