Today would have been Matthew Shepard's 40th Birthday. While we remember those we lost to AIDS, let's not forget those we lost to hate. Happy Birthday Matthew! - NO H8 Campaign

Due to recent events...

WE ARE COMING BACK.

I must apologize as I have had to take some time away. Life happens, and I'm sure everyone understands that. But I now feel now, more than ever, that a group like this needs to exist to protect the freedoms of all, promote diversity, and teach tolerance.

Changes are coming soon. If anyone is interested in helping out, or have anything they would like to share, or ideas, please send us a message. I will keep you all updated and stay tuned for some important changes.

Again, as much as I would like to, I can not do this on my own. I need help. So if anyone is interested, in any capacity, please get in touch. I know there are other organizations out there as well. I don't want to step on their toes or take away from their efforts, but rather work with them to promote diversity and tolerance in Alamance County and the surrounding areas. If possible, I would love to hear from these existing groups or their representatives to discuss how we can help promote their vision.

Who's with me?

When I was a freshman in high school, my world started to implode. I started cutting; I couldn’t focus in school and I constantly thought about killing myself.

So, you’re here for the Black Lives Matter movement, you protest alongside your friends of color, and you’re ready to call out racist, non-inclusive systems, institutions and people like it’s your job. You’re a white ally and you want to make sure you’re the best darn ally you can be. And, since

Also note, while they make it clear outside the polling locations a photo ID is required to vote, you CAN vote if you do not have one. Just ask Senator Richard Burr!
