Dancing Freedom VT Dancing Freedom is a weekly ecstatic dance practice inspired by the five elements. We dance every Monday in downtown Burlington, VT. Come dance with us!

Dancing Freedom is a 5-element ecstatic dance wave (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether/Spirit). Dancing Freedom is a movement medicine. Dancing Freedom is ecstatic, somatic, shamanic, and expressive. Dancing Freedom invites us to show up in our radical authenticity, bringing whatever we are carrying and giving it to the dance. Dancing Freedom invites our joy, our grief, our gorgeousness, our yuck-ness

, our everything. Dancing Freedom is a tool for transmuting separateness into oneness. Dancing Freedom is a path to know ourselves more deeply. Dancing Freedom is a gateway to connection (to ourselves, to others, to the earth)
