It is important to note that the Grange's interest in legislative action is what sets it apart from other organizations. Since its inception, the Grange has been involved with the legislative aspects of our society -- from a strictly non-partisan position -- as one of its distinctive characteristics. All policies which the Grange advocates on the local, state and national levels are initially voted on by its membership. Become a member of an organization making a difference. Join us today! If you are looking for something to do October 4th, have I got the things for you! Come out and support your local agricultural business and organization by visiting Hein Farm in Farmington and enjoying their Fall Festival from 10-4, both Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th. Additionally, if you’re looking for something to do the night of the 4th come attend a Concert at Whigville grange in Burlington from 6:30 to 9:30. Ramblin’ Dan Stevens will be playing, he plays a blues and country mix that will sure make the night one to remember. A little in-site to this concert is that it is a fundraiser to raise funds to put in an HVCA system in the building. This will make our beautiful building usable all year round, making it possible for more events and ensuring people’s comfort in the hot and cold seasons. Tickets are $25 in person/at the door and tickets can be bought online by clicking this link
