Session Information: Your health is important. Understanding the principles of nutrition is a great start to protecting it, as is learning how to develop healthy habits so you can feel your best. This virtual educational session will cover practical knowledge and advice to help you make informed decisions and develop simple but effective steps to keep you and your family healthy.

ARCAP is excited to help individuals and families take the next step toward a brighter future. In addition to our scheduled group orientations, we are now offering walk-in one-on-one orientations for those who would like personalized assistance.

📍 Walk-In Orientation Hours
• Alamance County: Mondays & Fridays, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Caswell County: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Rockingham County: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Person County: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

ARCAP’s Self-Sufficiency Program is designed to help individuals and families build a stronger future through employment support, educational opportunities, housing guidance, childcare resources, and personalized goal planning. Our goal is to help participants achieve greater stability and long-term self-sufficiency.
