Happy first day back to school! 🍎 Parents, if you are looking for a fast, easy, and completely free way to get your student-athlete ready for game day, we've got you covered! 🥇 🏆 👟 Bring your kids to the City Hope Medical Clinic tomorrow, Tuesday, August 25th, or any Tuesday evening to get their required school sports physicals completed by our certified team of doctors, physicians, and nurses. 🥋 🎾 🏑

Please remember to bring your school's official sports physical form with you so our medical team can fill it out on-site.

🥦 A HUGE Thank You for Fresh Harvest Blessings! 🍅

We want to give a heartfelt thank you to Jim's Greenhouse and Steve Warner from the Iowa State Penitentiary for bringing an incredible delivery of fresh, delicious vegetables to the City Hope Cupboard in Fort Madison every week this summer! We are so blessed to receive 🥒 cucumbers, 🥒 zucchini, 🍅 cherry tomatoes, 🍆 finger eggplants, 🥬 cabbage, 🥬 onions, 🫑 peppers, 🫑 jalapeños, and 🟡 squash.

Fresh vegetables are so hard to come by, but whenever we receive them—boy, do they go fast! We are so, so thankful for these fresh donations. We truly appreciate the team who brings these by and shares God's love through action in our community. 🙏❤️

Looking for a fun, positive place to hang out on Monday nights? Students in 6th through 8th grade are invited to join us every Monday night from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM for an awesome, 100% free evening packed with fun games, free snacks, inspiring lessons, and small group discussions. You are always welcome to bring your friends in 6th through 8th grade along with you—the more, the merrier! We really look forward to seeing everyone there for another great night together.

Today we take a moment to celebrate City Hope’s very own graphic design artist Jade 🎨✨

This amazing lady often works behind the scenes, but she plays such a pivotal role in everything we do. From helping us get the word out 📣, creating all of our marketing materials, working on our website 🌐, and managing our social media platforms 💻she helps bring our vision to life!

She is incredibly creative, talented, and always finds ways to make City Hope look its best. We are so grateful for the time, passion, and dedication she pours into what we do. 🙌💫

From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank 7 Brew Coffee for hosting Caffeine for a Cause on behalf of the City Hope Foundation! 🥳☕ Our community showed up in a massive way—not only as a huge support for this amazing new coffee house, but also as a massive support for our mission! 😭❤️ Neighbors poured their donations into helping our community, making a beautiful, life-changing impact. 🌟🏡 Today, 7 Brew presented us with a check for $11,000! 💸✨ This far exceeded our wildest expectations, and we are in absolute awe! 🙌❤️

We just praise the Lord for this huge need that we did not know was going to be met. We trust in the Lord, we trust that He knows what's best, and we trust that He will bring in the donations and the right people. Drop your 6th–8th graders off tonight for a high-energy, positive space to hang out, eat, and connect with kids their own age! This is a completely FREE community middle school program designed for students to build lasting friendships, learn about God, and simply enjoy each other's time.
