The renovated space will host a regular program for music, conferences, educational activities, community events such as the Winter Farmer’s Market, private functions, and large-scale art installation.

3. Innovation Space, a collaborative workspace bringing together mission driven businesses, social profit organizations and the community at large within newly enclosed steel works on the north side of the building. Home to strong coffee and soaring ceilings, the space will have full access to a public fourth floor gallery, outdoor roof deck, and the historic conveyer room at the top of Moran. The Moran Plant will be leased from the City and managed by New Moran, Inc., a Vermont non-profit organization created to redevelop and steward the future of Moran.
