Charge Against Cancer charitable organization funding canine cancer research at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine

In 2010 our golden retriever Charger was diagnosed with a Stage 2 Mast Cell Tumor. The prognosis was not good; Charger was given 6 months to live. However, surgical, chemotherapy, and radiation treatments at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine have given Charger a new lease on life. Charge Against Cancer funds the ideas, the initial clinical trials that can eventually lead to national canine cancer studies (such as the canine cancer vaccine trial). That is why no donation is too small and every dollar can make a difference! One hundred percent of the donations to Charge Against Cancer support research for cancer treatments and clinical trials, advanced diagnostics and equipment for treating cancer; and canine oncology education.

Thanks to your continued support, Charge Against Cancer is now big enough to fund its own studies (without additional monies from another source). These are the two proposals receiving grants from CAC next year.
