Healthy and meaningful friendships begin with confidence and knowing oneself. Developing a healthy and liberating framework around emotional and physical connections with others sets the groundwork for the most resilient human connections.

Attend a free mindfulness weekend, aimed at growing self-confidence and reducing relationship anxiety. Become the friend you’ve always wanted, for someone else who needs one too.

Youth in the greater Burlington area are welcome to participate in a free mindfulness and wellness workshop, August 5-7. This evidence-based program offers intensive training that assists youth in developing a healthy, liberating and resilient framework around their emotional and physical connections with others.
will take place throughout downtown Burlington, beginning at 5pm on Friday, August 5 at 47 Maple St, Burlington. Each day includes a meal, snacks, prizes, interactive activities, games, engaging multimedia and outdoor social gatherings. This event is overseen by Eden Valley's team of mental health professionals, and attendance is encouraged for youth and young adults seeking healthier mindsets, and reduced anxiety around relationships with others.

Wow where to begin? not only been an employee at Rev for the last few months and made a massive difference in our day to day operations, but she’s really been one of our biggest advocates, connectors and supporters. Abby is one of those people who you just feel better around, her uplifting and encouraging attitude is contagious.

We are so thrilled to have her on our team, and more recently becoming the VP of our board of directors. Each of our employees and volunteers are so thankful for her. We celebrate you today Abs, and love you! Happy birthday!

Volunteer spotlight: moved to Burlington last year, and immediately started getting involved at Rev. She’s incredibly detail oriented, is passionate to serve youth and is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. We’re thankful to call her part of our team and are so excited for the future. We’re thrilled to announce that Savannah Lord (LICSW & LADC) will be coming on full time as our Clinical Director. She’ll be heading up our mental health program Eden Valley, offering workshops and providing therapy to young adults. We couldn’t be more excited about the future!
