With the FBI now warning about possible Iran Drone attacks on US soil, it's more important than ever to ensure you're flying 100% legally. Register your drone with the FAA at faa.gov and label your drone correctly. Pass the FAA Trust test and have the certificate with you while flying. Use an LAANC app like AutoPylot to get authorization for each flight. Check the flight restrictions for your area before flight at tfr.faa.gov. Don't exceed any flight restrictions like beyond line of sight or 400' AGL.

Vermont Electric Cooperative, Inc. has made us aware that they will be doing drone flights through most of the month of June for inspections. Flights will take place in the towns of Johnson, Cambridge, Eden and Belvidere throughout the month and they may utilize multiple drones at once.
