On Monday Recovery Centers state-wide met under our umbrella organization Recovery Partners of Vermont with Action Circles for a full-day of strategic planning.

We left feeling rejuvenated, inspired and renewed. We all committed to meeting regularly, in-person to collaborate more closely and move together more effectively as a statewide system. 💜

We love recovery and are so inspired by all the work being done statewide. This work is being done by so many passionate people with huge hearts and brilliant ideas. 💜

RPV seeks a collaborative, strategic, and mission-driven Executive Director (ED) who will also serve as the designated Federal Project Director for RPV’s SAMHSA RCSP-SN award.

The ED serves by balancing statewide vision and collective leadership with deep respect for the autonomy, local governance, and unique identities of member recovery organizations. The successful candidate will steward existing federal, state, and philanthropic resources, manage complex multi-site subawards, ensure 2 CFR Part 200 compliance, drive statewide Medicaid-readiness and sustainability strategies, and represent the network in policy, healthcare, justice, and state agency discussions.

*Summary:* The Events and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing RPV’s events (e.g., annual conference, benefit dinner, silent auction, picnic); coordinating RPV’s training and workforce development programs; and conducting messaging around these and other activities. This role ensures that complex, time-bound programs are delivered smoothly, adhering to RPV’s mission and strategic priorities.
The position requires strong project management skills, communication skills, attention to detail, comfort coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and the ability to translate program goals into executable plans.
