For the past three years, the partnership between our Youth Development Program and 4-H has created life-changing opportunities.

This year, eight amazing youths traveled to Washington, DC for the Ignite Conference, to build leadership skills, gain confidence, and make new connections. 🌟

A huge thank you to 4-H for making this experience possible and for continuing to invest in our youth. 🤗

Special thanks to Youth Program Director Samuel Dingba for ensuring safe travel to and from the airport, and to Trip Counselors Urmila Chhetri and Jacob Holzberg-Pill for accompanying and supporting our teens every step of the way! 🤗

So proud of our young leaders—this is just the beginning! 💫

The Vermont Immigration Legal Defense Fund hit a milestone this week, raising more than $850,000. As fiscal sponsor of the Fund, United Way is proud to partner with community-led organizations like the Vermont Asylum Assistance Project and AALV.Inc. to strengthen Vermont's legal defense system.

Huge thank you to and for generously donating ski gear to our youth at AALV ⛷️❄️

We are so grateful to and for giving our youth the opportunity to learn and experience skiing and snowboarding. Because of your support, we successfully completed our first group program—and it truly would not have been possible without all of you!

A big shoutout to our amazing Youth Coordinator Sam and Urmila for making sure our youth had access and transportation to get there 🙌
