Beware of this scam:

Scammers are using fake toll-free numbers and contacting EBT cardholders by phone, text, or email, claiming there is a problem with their account and directing them to call a fraudulent number. These numbers may sound like the official system and ask for a PIN, allowing scammers to steal benefits. Known fake numbers include: 866-473-9330, 866-473-9015, 866-473-9097, and 844-500-5186.

EBT Customer Service (Conduent) will never call, text, or email to request personal information, card numbers, or PINs. Any such message should be ignored or deleted.

Cardholders should use only the number on the back of their EBT card, the official ConnectEBT app, or https://www.connectebt.com/ for account help and should never share their card number or PIN.

We are so very grateful to be awarded a Hellman Lee County IMPACT Grant for our NEW Head Start location in Fort Madison!

We are looking forward to the project completion later this summer. We will finally be able to move all of our Head Start Preschool and Early Head Start classrooms into one building! 🏫
