Rotary District 7850 Welcome to the official page of Rotary District 7850, serving Northern Vermont, Northern New Hampshire

District 7850 is one of the few international Rotary districts. Our district extends from northern Vermont and Northern New Hampshire, USA to the Eastern Townships of Quebec, Canada. We are a bilingual district with both English and French-speaking clubs. We have 40 clubs with 25 clubs in Vermont, 11 in New Hampshire, 1 club that spans the Vermont-New Hampshire border, 2 in Quebec, and 1 club that

spans the USA-Canada border, Rotary International’s first international club. We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of our work. Today, members of the Lancaster NH Rotary Club gathered to begin our portion of a service project in partnership with fellow Rotarians through District 7850, sewing heart-shaped pillows for breast cancer patients. As we continue this effort, we are gladly accepting fat quarter or larger fabric donations to help create these pillows.

Together, we spent the afternoon cutting patterns and sewing as we work toward completing pillows that will be finished during the District Conference.

These pillows are designed to fit comfortably under the arm and support individuals recovering from breast cancer surgery. They can help relieve pain from surgical incisions, protect against accidental bumps, and provide cushioning from seat belts while riding in the car. The pillows are given to patients after surgery to aid in their recuperation.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and talents today. We’re proud to be part of this meaningful service project! 💙💛
