Another year in the books and another great day on the course raising money towards Breast Cancer Research at MGH.

Thank you to all our golfers who participated in this year’s 3rd Annual Golf Tournament. The golfers are truly the heart and soul of our fundraising efforts. Hopefully not too hot for you all!

Thanks again to our sponsors who continuously show their support year in and year out. And thanks to all the new sponsors this year who are now apart of our community.

Last but certainly not least thank you to all of our 26 Volunteers! There is no way we could run this tournament without you all. Everyone pitched in and did their part to make the day go so smoothly.

With that all being said, We are happy to announce that we raised $36,000 towards breast cancer research at MGH!!! That is the most PFAC has ever contributed in a single year. When you put together a community like this it is amazing what we can do!

We all have someone that we love who has been connected to Breast Cancer. That is why we do what we do.

Opening Remarks: 7:45AM

Shotgun Start: 8:00AM

🚨ANNOUNCEMENT🚨
March 1st of this this year PFAC has 12 members of the Florida Gulf Coast University Men’s Ice Hockey Club Team running a half marathon for our cause! Each team member has pledged to raise $500 dollars for PFAC. A link to donate is in our bio, all proceeds going to Mass General Breast Cancer Research. Thank you the men who signed up to run for us and good luck in that Florida heat! Go Eagles!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! A lot to be thankful for this year. We at want to especially thank the amazing people over at The Mass General Fundraising Community for recognizing our team for our years of dedication to our cause! All of our proceeds goes directly to Mass General Cancer Research Center and we are extremely appreciative of the work being done by the hospital to find a cure.

Play For a Cure would also like to thank all of our supporters throughout the years. We couldn’t do any of this without the outpouring of support we get each and every year. We know this particular cause means to much to so many people and it is what inspires us to keep moving forward!

The 2024 Annual Play For a Cure Golf Tournament raised a total of $25,000 at this years event! It was a milestone year and we are happy to announce we have raised over 100k total to for breast cancer research.

To our Volunteers: We thank you for your time, your hard work and your dedication to our cause. We cannot make this day possible without your help.

To our Sponsors: We thank you for your generosity. Your donations make it possible to put on each years events. We would like to give a special thanks to Grinnell Mechanical and Abramo Pool and Spa for their donations that provide so much for our golfers and allow us to exceed the goals we set for fundraising.

Thank you to all participants at this year’s golf tournament as well. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Our focus at this years event was and still is early detection. We strongly encourage anyone who feels something that may be off to go be seen by a medical professional.

Our mission is not over. The fight goes on. And we will continue to Play For a Cure until the mission is complete.
