This past Sunday, it was our honor to award both Will Stowers (Plainfield High School (Plainfield, Indiana) & Sam Dressman (Roncalli High School), The Chet Whitaker Memorial Scholarship Foundation annual scholarships. These two young men are great leaders and are a perfect fit. They are now a part of an exclusive group of outstanding character people that have received this award over the last three years. Congratulations boys and the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Please help us meet our 2025 scholarship goals. We have had a great year so far in 2025 and have been able to raise enough money for a couple of years worth of scholarships. We had yet another big night in fundraising for our foundation. Tonight was extra cool because not only did we have a great night of raising money, but we got an extra opportunity to get the word out about our foundation via an interview on a local area sports network. Our interview is at the 3:03 mark.

South Indy Stars host Columbus Icemen in varsity boys hockey at 8:00 p.m., presented by Rees Restoration. South Indy JV hosts Westfield at 6:00 p.m.

Thanks to both Trevor Wilson and Luke Jordan for helping out yesterday. It was an amazing day for our foundation and it was great to see everyone. Thank you all for your support.

Winner was Ryan Gettum. Thanks old friend for the generosity and support.
