WHO: any Oral & Optometry Care Providers that deliver services in Des Moines County (i.e. doctors, hygienists, assistants, office staff, & retired advocates)

WHAT: a revolving, DMC exclusive providers health equity coalition

WHERE: virtual exclusive first 3 months, then participants decide; send email/call for virtual invite

WHEN: 3rd Friday (monthly) from 12-1PM

WHY: rural healthcare is changing - rapidly; comparing notes & sharing available resources supports the development of a defined, informed, & unified community centering the shared experiences of local professionals.

HOW: program sponsored by Delta Dental of Iowa; routine DMC provider outreach/communication sustained in partnership with the fantastic SEIA I-Smile team at Lee County Health Department.
