Responsibilities
* Conduct Clinical Assessments, Outpatient Therapy, Create Individual Treatment Plans complete daily documentation therapy notes and discharge summaries.
* Communicate professionally by face to face, phone, email and in writing and follow through in a timely manner with referral sources and involved parties with the care of clients.
* Provide group, individual, family and couples therapy.
* Document services within 24hrs via a computer and Electronic Medical Record software and Or paper note.
* Maintain a positive and solution focused attitude and approach to problems and challenges both within

Required Education
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services related field.
Required License for NC Board of Licensure Required
Valid Driver’s License and reliable Transportation
