Tomorrow BTC is hosting a thank you party for the Nsumba staff and Sisters. The original plan was for about 50 people but is now over 550!!! Rob's says: "my budget has been blown out the water!" Sr. Silivia, the directress of the orphanage wanted the children to have the rare gift of a "soda". And we agree. You can be part of this celebration by donating at the BTC website to directly help the kids.

The medical adult team has been busy doing health screenings with organized stations and setting up medical records etc. They are pretty tired from what I hear with the jostling of the roads and conditions, but happy. The donated dolls from the Mormon women in Idaho were a hit as well as the puppets that children are wearing like hats. Can't wait for pictures.

They are working on clean drinking water, health screening and students are designing a chicken coop to provide protein via eggs into the daily diet of maize porridge.
