National Youth Leadership Training is an exciting, action-packed program designed to provide all 13- to 20-year-old youth members of Scouting America with leadership skills and experience they can use in their home units and in other situations.

A little rain hurt nobody!
Our staff has assembled at Camp ODKT and is actively setting up camp for an amazing week of NYLT!

The staff looks forward to welcoming all of our 37 participants tomorrow!

Today marked our final staff development weekend, which means we are officially 15 days away from Day 1 of NYLT! 🚀

Over the last few months, our incredible staff have put in countless hours, endless energy, and a whole lot of heart to ensure we deliver an exciting, top-notch course. From mastering the material to bonding as a team, they’ve done the work—now they're ready to lead.

We’ll see you in 15 days at Camp Oh-Da-Ko-Ta!

Are you excited for this years NYLT course? Lets meet this years Assistant Senior Patrol Leader of Troop Guides - Lucas Steingraeber!

Lucas comes from Troop & Crew 595 in the Aurora District - Three Harbors Council, he has served on Three Harbors NYLT staff for 3 years! On NYLT he has served as a Troop Guide & Quartermaster!

On the troop level, Lucas is a former SPL and Eagle Scout of Troop 595 and has gone on to continue his Scouting journey with Crew 595 going to Swamp Base and Sea Base! Outside his home units, Lucas is a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow! When he's not Scouting, he enjoys all things outdoors and loves to build fires!

The Early Bird rate has officially been extended through July 5, giving Scouts extra time to lock in the $325 price. This extension is a rare chance to save before the fee increases to $350 on July 6.
