Are you excited for this years NYLT course? Lets meet this years Assistant Senior Patrol Leader of Program - Isabella L!

Izzy hails from Troop 2002 in the Red Arrow District, she has served on Three Harbors NYLT staff for 3 years! On NYLT she has served as a Troop Guide & a Scribe! On the troop level, Izzy is a big mentor to the younger Scouts because of her position of Troop Guide & Den Chief! Outside her troop, Izzy serves on the Lodge Executive Committee as the Special Events Chair for Kanwa tho Lodge #636; as well she is also a ceremonialist for the Kanwa tho Ceremonies team!

When she's not Scouting, she enjoys doing a variety of sports including soccer, trapshooting, and volleyball. Make sure to register for this years NYLT Course: August 2nd-7th, 2026 @ Camp ODKT! $325 until 5/31/26!

Are you excited for this years NYLT course?
Lets meet this years Course Director - Tyler Gerds!

Tyler is a dedicated volunteer from Three Harbors Council and an Eagle Scout who brings his enthusiasm for Scouting to every role he takes on. Tyler was inspired by Scouting to educate our Youth, he is an educator at West Allis Central teaching the things he loves most! Outside of NYLT, he stays deeply involved across the program. He serves as the OA Advisor of Communications for Kanwa tho Lodge #636 and has contributed his talents as a photographer on multiple National Order of the Arrow Conference committees—no surprise, since photography is one of his favorite hobbies.

You’ll often spot Tyler wandering Scouting the Zoo - Three Harbors Council or teaching Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills (IOLS), always ready to lend a hand. During the summer, he heads north to LE Phillips Scout Reservation, where he serves as a Camp Commissioner. This year marks his 13th summer working with the Chippewa Valley Council to provide an amazing program.

When he’s not volunteering, Tyler loves to travel—especially going on cruises whenever he gets the chance!
