We visited our friends at recently and checked out some of their residents.🐟

Thanks to donations from fans like you, WaterWheel has helped fund many projects at ECHO over the years, including their giant 15,000 gallon freshwater aquarium, home to incredible creatures like prehistoric lake sturgeon and lake trout.

Lake fact: having once been in severe decline, thanks to decades-long conservation efforts, the lake trout population in Lake Champlain was successfully restored as of last year.

Say hello to Mayor Tela!

, the first-ever Dog Mayor of Middlebury VT, was “elected” last year as part of a fundraiser for , Addison County’s Humane Society.
