Good morning, Sisters and Brothers at United Airlines,

We are reaching out specifically to members working under the Central Load Planner, Passenger Service, and Fleet Service agreements.

Last week, we concluded a highly successful Union Survey on United negotiations and your priorities for a future tentative agreement. We received thousands of responses, even more than we collected when we first canvassed the Union Membership for proposals in 2024. Thank you to every member who took the time to participate.

Over the next several weeks, we will review every survey response and comment.

We have also contacted the Company to secure dates for negotiations. United has indicated that it is working through priorities on its side, and we currently anticipate initial meetings between late in the third quarter and the beginning of the fourth quarter.

Once we have completed our review of the survey feedback and confirmed bargaining dates, we will send another update.

Hello,
The family has finalized the arrangement for Davante Collins.

Davante’s funeral will be on 8/20, Thursday the service will start at 10am. we will have Vante available for viewing during and after service through the evening , till about 8pm. we wanted to accommodate for his workers that have different shifts.

Sisters and Brothers,

This Monday at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, IAM District 141 will launch our United Airlines Pre-Negotiation Surveys for Fleet Service, Passenger Service, and Central Load Planning.

These surveys are your opportunity to tell the Negotiating Committee which issues matter most
as preparations continue for Section 6 negotiations. The results will help guide priorities at the bargaining table and ensure our collective voices are reflected throughout the process.

The surveys will be open from 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, August 3, through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, August 15.

Please take a few minutes to participate and encourage your coworkers to do the same.

Thestronger the participation, the stronger the picture we have of our priorities as a Union.
