Joe and I were docents last Sunday at the Burlingame-Hillsborough History Museum. One of the interactive exhibits allows you to take your mug shot. I love that it made me 5’8” ☺️

In the 1950’s, the City Council voted to widen Chapin Avenue between El Camino and Primrose Road so that Burlingame might compete with Hillsdale Mall. Here is the ‘before’ picture.

Two new panels have been installed describing the history of the Lions Club Hall on Burlingame Avenue and at the former City Hall cupola on Park Rd. (Next to Pet Express). Thank you to the Burlingame Park and Recreation Department and the City of Burlingame for partnering with us on this very cool project!!
