THIS is why we raise awareness through education. It's important for us to be another set eyes in the community of situations that seem "OFF." If you ever see or hear of a situation PLEASE don't hesitate to call the Rupert Police ESD K9 Detective Newton . It is better to have a false alarm than to let something go and major tragedy happens. This is why CASE continues in our efforts in help keep our detectives certified annually with these highly trained skill which are desperately needed.
