Today was the day that our community showed up for one another!!! Thank you all for your support & your comments to make the TCEQ aware of the inadequacies, inefficiencies & falsehoods that the applicants state in their permit application for a waste water treatment plant.
Thank you to State Representative David Cook for your continued support of our efforts and our community.

Don't think this plant will affect you? If you are anywhere within a 6mi radius of I-35W and FM 1187, along Village Creek from the intersection of FM 1187 and Bill Levey Rd North all the way to Lake Arlington, YOU WILL BE AFFECTED!

Let's Play Again...THIS vs THAT
If we as a community don't stop the permit, THIS is going to end up as THAT. Something that this community infrastructure can NOT handle.

The section of the property that James Gregory Coontz & Cathy Ann Frederick have applied for a waste water treatment plant permit with TCEQ (WQ0016789001) with a daily discharge of 225,000 gallons of "treated" waste DAILY! A plant that the two inexperienced plant operators that are named as the owner & operators.
The second portion of the permit is for a planned 1,000 mobile home community, which realistically & logistically neither possible on the proposed land size.
