We would like to express our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Darlene Moore. A scholarship fund has been set up in her honor and we will be accepting donations at https://square.link/u/aECh0irJ?src=sheet.

Darlene Moore was known for capturing life’s most meaningful moments in the BISD community for over 20 years. She especially loved photographing Burleson High School students and athletes, preserving memories and celebrating their accomplishments. Through her lens, she helped students see their own beauty, strength, and spirit.

Darlene also had a true heart for supporting BHS students. Whether cheering them on, encouraging their goals, or lending her time and talents where ever she could, she always found ways to lift others up.

The Darlene Moore Heart of the Community Scholarship honors her legacy of kindness and dedication to Burleson High School by supporting students who embody her spirit, give back, lift others, and make a difference in their school and community.

All season long, schools have battled it out for bragging rights - and now it's time to crown the ultimate champion in the High School Spirit Showdown Playoffs! Your schools have proven they've got serious pride, but now it's time to turn it up one more notch for a shot at the $3,000 cash prize, courtesy of 95.9 The Ranch! It's all on the line - so students, faculty, alumni, and fans, rally your crew, crank up the noise, and lets see if your school has the most unstoppable spirit in Texas!
