⚾🥎 Vendor Call – Opening Day! 🥎⚾
We’re looking for vendors to join us for Baseball & Softball Opening Day as we celebrate 50 years of community and youth sports!

This is a family-focused event with lots of fun for kids and great exposure for your business.

Think:
- 🎨 Face painters with stitches + team colors
- ✨ Glitter + temporary baseball/softball tattoos
- 🎈 Balloon bats, gloves, and mascots
- 🧵 Team‑color bows, bracelets, color hair extensions and number charms
- 🏷️ Helmet Painters, Gloves Pros, etc
- 🧢 Baseball/softball merch: hats, shirts, hoodies, spirit wear
- ⚾ Speed‑pitch radar + accuracy games
- 🖍️ Craft stations for mini bats, buttons, or team signs
If your booth brings spirit, creativity, or game‑day hype, we want you there.

🚫 Please note: NO food or drink vendors are allowed. NO exceptions.

✅ All vendors must be approved prior to the event.

2026 marks 50 incredible years of BYA — five decades of memories made across football, cheer, basketball, baseball, softball, buddyball, and volleyball. From Saturday night lights and packed gymnasiums to dusty diamonds and loud sidelines, BYA has been a place where kids grow, friendships form, and community thrives.

For 50 years, BYA has been built by volunteers, coaches, parents, and families who believe in teamwork, sportsmanship, and giving kids a place to belong. Generations have come through our programs, and the impact reaches far beyond the field or court.
