Spark Worldwide In 2000, Leanna Brewer traveled with her husband, Troy to Uganda, East Africa. In that moment I knew I had to do something. Meeting Collin made the crisis real".

There, she met 10-year-old Colin who took them by the hand and led them to his "home" in the alley. Leanna had heard about the countless children orphaned by the AIDS epidemic and decades of war that ravaged countries around the world. Leanna reflects, "When Colin showed me the pallet in the alley where he lived and told me through tears that he was hungry, it made the orphan crisis real. She determined to do something... thus, SPARK was born. Those who have joined in the mission have discovered that together we can Serve. Protect. And. Raise. Kids around the world. Together, we can be the SPARK that brings help to hurting, hungry and hopeless children around the world. SPARK Worldwide is a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.

❤️ Our heart at SPARK—to serve, protect, and raise kids, one precious life at a time.

We have babies who are waiting for someone to say “YES” and become their sponsor. Your yes can help provide care, hope, and a future while showing a child the love of Jesus.

You can make a difference in the life of ONE.

🍎 BELIZE TEACHERS, WE SEE YOU. ❤️

Our teachers in Belize pour so much into the next generation, and SPARK had the privilege of pouring a little back into them with encouragement, love, and gifts.

Their gratitude was overwhelming—and so was ours.

Sometimes being the hands and feet of Jesus looks like simply reminding someone, “You are seen. You are valued. What you do matters.”

We are so thankful for these incredible teachers and the way they faithfully invest in children every single day.

Serving. Protecting. And. Raising. Kids.

He stood there holding his new shoes, and I couldn’t stop thinking about what they meant. 💗

To some, they may look like just a pair of shoes.

But to him, they meant he could go back to school.

A classroom. An education. A future. An opportunity that had been out of reach simply because he didn’t have what he needed.

These are the moments that stay with you.

Jesus sees the one. He sees the need. And sometimes we get the privilege of being the hands that help meet it.

“Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.” — Matthew 18:5

This is why we go. This is why we serve. This is SPARK.

This is why we go. 🌍❤️‍🔥

We go to sit in house churches and worship with believers carrying the Gospel from village to village.

We go to listen, encourage, serve, and meet practical needs—like buying shoes and socks so children can simply go to school.

Sometimes showing the love of Jesus looks like preaching the Gospel. Sometimes it looks like putting shoes on a child’s feet. Both matter.

“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18

This is SPARK. This is why we go—to be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever He sends us.

God is moving in Albania—and the story is still being written. 🇦🇱❤️‍🔥

From baptisms in the river to worship in a house church, we are watching the Gospel move from life to life and generation to generation.

This is why SPARK goes.

To serve.
To love.
To carry Jesus into places where He is already moving.

Pray with us. Partner with us.
Be part of what God is doing around the world.
