🌟 Meet the Board – Day 11 🌟

Today we're introducing Nicole Hartman, our Director of Buddy Ball!

Nicole's BYA journey began in 2019 as a volleyball coach. She joined the Volleyball Committee in 2020 and spent the next four years helping lead the program as Assistant Director. In 2023, she joined the BYA Board of Directors as the Director of Community Relations before stepping into her current role as Director of Buddy Ball last year following Dr. Jeff's retirement.

Buddy Ball holds a very special place in Nicole's heart because one of the amazing Buddy Ball athletes is her own nephew. Her passion for creating an inclusive, supportive environment for every player shines through in everything she does.

Thank you, Nicole, for your dedication, compassion, and commitment to making a difference for BYA families! ❤️💙

Buddy Ball T-Ball is back and we are ready for:
• Big swings
• Tiny jerseys
• Helmet hair
• High fives that miss
• And the proudest parents in the parking lot

No scoreboards. No pressure. Just pure joy, teamwork, and the kind of moments that make your heart do a little happy dance.
