The Blast is a family-friendly 5k walk benefiting Cook Children's Hematology and Oncology Center. This is dedicated to Spirit of Children! This amazing group has benefited Cook Children's Child Life program year after year and we are so thankful for their support. Their mission to make hospitals less scary for patients and their families through Child Life continues to help us improve the health of every child under our blue peaks. Thank you!

Thank you again for coming out last night and supporting the 2023 Knock Childhood Cancer Out of the Park event. Once again the support from the baseball community went above and beyond expectations! We hope everyone had a good time.

To all the coaches that coach not only on but off the field as well, thank you for bringing your teams out to participate, for taking turns pitching, helping on the field, and for being such good examples for our kiddos.

We would also like to recognize a few friends/family that made this year’s event possible. We definitely could not do this without you!

We could not have done it without your help. Please know how much we love and appreciate you!

We love watching the kiddos have so much fun doing what they love while at the same time doing great things, changing the world for the better, and showing kindness for others. Together we were all able to raise over $4500 during this year’s event!!! All proceeds are going directly to Cook Children’s and the ongoing research taking place in the Oncology Department. Thank you so much for being a part of making that happen..

We are excited to see everyone next Wednesday at the 2023 Knock Childhood Cancer Out of the Park Homerun Derby. As of now registration is still open.

We definitely want all kiddos to have the opportunity to participate. The registration fee requested is $25 OR a donation of your choice.

While the goal is to raise as much as possible for Cook Children’s, bringing the community together and all kiddos being able to come out for the experience is also high on our list of priorities.
We will keep the registration link open through the weekend for anyone who would still like to sign up!
