🚒 Serving Behind the Scenes! 👏

Our BTX CERT members were on hand to support Burleson Fire/EMS 100-Year Open House Celebration last weekend. From helping with food prep to jumping in on cleanup, our volunteers were there to make sure the event ran smoothly from start to finish.

It’s all about teamwork, service, and showing up for our community.

BTX CERT put in the work at our June Monthly Meeting!

We kicked things off with Search & Rescue (SAR) classroom training, then took it out to Bailey Lake for hands-on field scenarios 💪

📻🚨 Last Saturday, our CERT team gathered for their monthly meeting where Program Manager Bill Hymes led an informative session on Communications: Radio Protocol & Etiquette.

Strong communication is a critical part of emergency response, and our volunteers continue sharpening the skills that help keep our community prepared and connected. Great job, Burleson CERT! 👏
