Brother John H. Brooks, Saturday June 13, for his many years of commitment and service to our great Fraternity.

R:. W:. Wade Peek had the pleasure of presenting Brother Brooks with his 70 yr service pin,
awarded by The Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Texas.

Saturday June 13th at Newton Lodge #136, Brother John Brooks will be celebrated and will be presented his Seventy Year service pin. Please come out and celebrate a very fine man and his long Masonic journey. Lunch will be served at noon and the award ceremony afterwards.

Funeral services for Bro. David Singleton. Visitation will be at 1:00PM with the funeral service at 2:00PM on Wednesday June 10 at Call Junction Baptist Church. A Masonic graveside service will be at Singleton Cemetery on Doty Road in Vidor, TX. All Masonic brothers who can, are encouraged to help with the Masonic service.

At the next stated meeting on July 7th DeWitt Clinton Masonic Lodge will be awarding a well deserved Golden Trowel Award to Brother Eddie Hopkins. We will eat at 6:15 and then have the award ceremony and afterwards we will have our stated meeting. Please get the word out to pay respect to a worthy Brother.
