The troop participated in a question and answer period with State Delegate, the Honorable Dan Helmer. Mr. Helmer answered questions from Scouts who were working on the Citizenship in the Community merit badge. He also spoke about government, bills, legislating and voting. It was a very informative and interesting visit.
