Thank you to all the wonderful donors and volunteers who helped us make the holiday season bright for 500+ FCPS students. The 13th annual Last Chance Holiday Boutique was a success! We’ll post pictures soon.

URGENT - Volunteers needed - We have a last minute need for 6 volunteers from 4-7pm in Fairfax today (Sunday.) Volunteers will help setup the Holiday Boutique (move tables, sort toys.) Some heavy lifting is needed, but others will be there to help. Service hour verification available. Please message us if you can help.

: It's the most wonderful time of the year!
The Season of Giving is upon us, and we are in desperate need of new gifts for FCPS students in need.
For the 13th year, we're setting up our Last Chance Holiday Boutique for FCPS helping professionals at Title 1 schools to "shop" for students from their schools who will not be receiving gifts.
Sadly, Toys for Tots is not able to give us gifts, so we your support now more than ever!

Special thanks to a neighbor who sent this note, “Hello! I just dropped off a bag of donations at the Conservancy office. For the teens I added a Lego orchid and four Owala water bottles (which are hip, according to my teen). Also, a curling iron. There are a few other things for younger kids.
Good luck this year!!”

We are hapoy to accept all new items you think would be welcome by kids ages 0-18. Donations can be dropped off at the Burke Centre Conservancy, 6060 Burke Centre Parkway, during business hours, M-F. Last pick up is next Sat. Thank you!!

Lots of great gifts remain on our wishlist. Online shopping is easy peasy. Last year’s beneficiaries of the Boutique include a young girl who was bed bound while waiting for a necessary surgery. The gift brought a smile to her face. Help us bring joy to kids in need in Fairfax County by supporting the Boutique today.
