The 2026 NALC food drive has officially ended. I would like to take a moment to thank the Letter Carriers and all Postal employees who contributed to this year's efforts. Unfortunately, our collection total was significantly lower than in previous years, with 3,025 pounds collected so far. We anticipate collecting an additional 200-300 pounds today. Our local food bank distributes around 9,000 pounds of food per month to those in need. As summer approaches, the Grace Ministry in Burkburnett will require increased support. I encourage everyone to lend their support when possible.
