Hello, Rising Sons Family!

We are excited to share our Fall 2026 Newsletter with you! 🍂

This has been an incredible season at Rising Sons Boys Ranch. We've watched new programs take shape, relationships grow, and opportunities emerge to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.

As you'll read in this edition, we're also preparing for a significant new chapter. Beginning November 2, April and I will step into a new adventure together as I begin serving full-time as Executive Director of Rising Sons. This is an exciting step forward, and we are grateful for the many people who have helped make it possible.

Inside this newsletter, you'll find updates on our Resource Center, After-School and Mentoring Program, Farm to Family Table, and some wonderful moments shared with the families we serve.

We hope you'll take a few minutes to read it, celebrate what is happening, and see where we're headed next!

We had a great night Thursday night with our Fall Family Fun Night. 61 attended. 14 families coming together in community. Thank you to all those who attended and served! Big thanks to Lane and Tanna Anderson for bring out their wagon, it was a huge hit!!

Farm to Family Table is growing!

Through FTFT, Rising Sons provides quality meat to foster, adoptive, and kinship families while giving our boys opportunities to learn responsibility, agriculture, and the value of serving others.

Right now, we’re looking for sponsors for 4 pigs that will help put pork directly into the freezers of local families.

* 1/4 pig — $150
* 1/2 pig — $300
* 3/4 pig — $450
* Whole pig — $600

A local nonprofit is helping fill the gap and provide opportunities for many foster kids in the system, and is seeking funds to support in more ways.

One of the best hands we have at Rising Sons. Koda does his job day and night ❤️. Taking care of everything from guineas, goats and pigs. 🐷 🐐 🐓 🦆 🐄. He keeps this place safe for all our animals.

Only thing he ever asks for is our leftovers after we’ve been to eat! 😂

One of my favorite parts of our After-School Program is the value we tie to the day’s activities.

Today’s value was initiative.

Responsible men don’t have to be told what to do. They pay attention and anticipate the need before it arrives.

We’re growing young men into men people can count on. 💪
