It's that time of year again! The **Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo** is right around the corner, and we are getting ready to get those entries turned in!

Location: Ag Building-Shafer's Classroom

If you are planning on showing at the **Fort Worth Stock Show**, please make plans to attend so we can get your entries completed!

🚨🚨 IMPORTANT TIME CHANGE — LAMB & GOAT FAMILIES!!! 🚨🚨

🐑🐐 Lamb & Goat Validation is TOMORROW, Wednesday, October 21st, at 3:30 PM at the Iowa Park Ag Farm!

‼️ PLEASE READ — WE ARE MOVING OUR DEPARTURE TIME UP TO 2:30 PM! ‼️

Due to the number of animals we have to load and transport, we will be LEAVING THE BURKBURNETT SCHOOL FARM AT 2:30 PM INSTEAD OF 3:00 PM!

I will be sending out an updated email requesting that ALL students participating in validation be released from school earlier so everyone has enough time to meet me at the Burkburnett School Farm, get their animals loaded, and be ready to leave by 2:30 PM SHARP!

🚨 PARENTS & STUDENTS — PLEASE READ! 🚨

One parent/guardian and students need to be present at validation to sign the required paperwork! Ms. Graham and I CANNOT sign paperwork on your behalf unless you have completed the proper authorization form ahead of time.

Please make sure you have a plan in place! We have several animals to get loaded, transported, and validated, and I need EVERYONE ON TIME AND READY TO GO!

We are moving our departure time up to help make this process run as smoothly as possible. However, with this many animals and students, I need everyone's cooperation!

If you have any questions or know you cannot attend, PLEASE reach out to me or Ms. Graham TODAY!

Good morning from round TWO of the Iowa Park Jackpot! 🐷☀️🧡🖤

Yesterday was for the lambs and goats, and today it’s the pigs’ turn! We have FIVE trailer loads and three more on the way! Burkburnett FFA is rolling in and ready for another fun-filled show day!

We have kids representing Overton Ray, Burkburnett Middle School, and Burkburnett High School! From our younger exhibitors to our high school crew, we’re proud to watch them represent Burkburnett in the show ring! 🧡🖤

Another morning of hauling livestock, making memories, and watching our kids do what they love. The sun may not be up yet, but this crew is! 😂 Let’s go, Burk! 🐷🏆

Good morning from Burkburnett FFA! ☀️🧡 Two full trailers loaded and ready to rock and roll for a fun-filled day at the Iowa Park Jackpot! We’re also putting our new truck and new trailer to work! 🛻🙌

We’ve got almost every school in Burkburnett ISD ready to represent, with kids from Tower Elementary, Overton Ray, Burkburnett Middle School, and Burkburnett High School! From our youngest exhibitors to our seniors, this crew is ready to hit the show ring! 🐷🐐🐑

Early mornings, sleepy eyes, and a whole lot of excitement—it’s SHOW DAY! Good luck to all our exhibitors! Let’s go, Burk! 🧡🖤

🚨🐷 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL SWINE EXHIBITORS & PARENTS! 🐷🚨

Message from Zach Ward, Pig Superintendent:

There is a NEW REQUIRED FORM for this show season that ALL swine exhibitors MUST complete!

⚠️ This form MUST be filled out before I can submit your student's swine validation paperwork! If the form is not completed, I cannot move forward with submitting their validation.

📅 DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 10TH!

Please do not wait until the last minute! I need EVERY pig exhibitor to have this completed BEFORE November 10th so we can ensure everyone's validation is submitted on time.
