Next week, Cornerstone General Contractors, Inc. will bury this time capsule in front of Evergreen High School to mark the symbolic completion of our new campus. EHS has gathered pictures, letters, spirit swag and a copy of the one of the first Forester yearbooks in 1957 (along with a copy of the 2026 edition).

We are inviting 🌲YOU🌲 to contribute any typed or written memories, photos and other memorabilia to be sealed into the capsule. Please drop off your items at the Evergreen front office by the last day of the school year--Wed, 6/17/26 (attn: Principal Boyer).

The capsule will stay buried until the end of the useful life of this campus (between 50-70 years). A gift for the future Wolverines of 2096!

Evergreen’s first graduating class, the Class of 1959 knows a thing or two about Wolverines—they selected them as our mascot, and also chose our school colors! 💚

Evergreen's first graduating class--the Class of 1959--dedicated a tree in our new courtyard. This class planted the seeds of our original campus, and it's only fitting that they helped us put down roots on our new campus.

The Class of 1959 also raised more than $40,000 to support our Environmental Studies program, as well as the new greenhouse and urban garden space. Part of the funds have been used to completely outfit the greenhouse with brand new equipment and thousands of seeds; and a portion has been set aside to provide opportunities for our students to do environmental restoration work next year. Thank you '59!

GOOD MORNING! ☀️After a three year journey, Coach B has finally come home to the new Doris Burdin Courts at Evergreen High School.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible -- especially those who donated to our fundraising effort, and partnership from Highline Public Schools and Vanir Construction Management.

The $55,000 we raised paid for this custom plaque, our little dedication event and initial support to our tennis teams. All remaining funds have been invested in an endowment to provide permanent support to the Evergreen Boys & Girls tennis teams in Doris Burdin's honor.

Good luck to both of our tennis teams who made playoffs this year! Go Wolverines!🎾

Music programs are thriving at Evergreen High School!

🎻More than 100 students in orchestra and the program recently received a superior rating (the highest possible) at the regional music festival
🎺More than 50 students in mariachi, also recently received a superior rating at the regional festival and going to the state competition this year
🪈So much interest in music programs that EHS needs to offer leveled band and orchestra
🥁Starting up a drumline to bring the energy to events and sports games!
