A different future is possible, and everyone deserves the opportunity to be part of it.

Our counseling team hosted a series of workshops focused on social and mental wellness for young people in our community and we rounded out the series with a session for young people and their caregivers.
Through engaging discussions, expressive arts activities, and other interactive experiences. We explored:

- emotional well-being
- personal growth
- connection
- communication

We created a space for reflection, resilience, and connection, guiding participants on a pathway to wholeness where they feel supported to move toward their goals. Learn more about our programs here: https://choose180.org/program-overview
